Russian-style wooden houses for 250 guests. Three 'town-house' cottages offer the following rooms:

Animation services for adults and children. Round–the-clock baby-sitter services. Equipment available for rent in the summer: roller-blades, balls, ping-pong rackets, badminton, scooters, chargrills and many other. In winter snegokats (snow skating device), skies, skates, sleds and ice-boats are available for rent.
